I have a 2030 with a front loader, My 3 point wil not lift from the draft control lever but, when I curl the bucket the lift arms work great.What could be the problem?

If your loader and steering is working ok I would bet its not the stroke control valve!

Sounds like you might have an open center valve on the loader rather than a closed center valve.
Has this loader been on this tractor and worked normally before or have you installed a new loader valve
Are you operating the loader with a seperate loader valve or with the tractor selective control valves?
