Have a B that I just put a new mag on and is getting a good spark. Has plenty of compression even with the comp releases open. adjusted the carb idle jet out 1 turn and the load out 3/4 turn, put new plugs(Champion D16)gapped at 30-35. Cranked right up and runs well. Let it run out of gas and stop. Waited a minute and try to crank again, it will but seems to be flooding easily. Is there anything else I can do to make starting easier??

are you hand cranking it? I always would start my 36 br like this: I would open the throtle a little, choke it turn it till it popped then half choke it crank it again and it would normally start.

Yes, It is a hand crank, and I have tried full choking once and then half choke. But it seems as if there is no pattern.
