I have unstuck vavles with penatrating oil and tappy them and grabbing hold of the vavle stem and twist it slowly with a pair of channel lock pliers., did it on an A and a 60. Good luck Ben.

Dave, pull the valve cover, then spray penetrating oil on the valve stems & start tapping the valve tip with a small hammer.. You will probably have to pull the rocker shaft to allow good access to hit & move the valves.. If you can pull the spark plugs & bend a small copper line to point to the exhaust valve it would also help to try & spray some oil on the valves inside the cylinders..

Work slowly & be patient.. Most will eventually come free if you work at them.. Sometimes a little heat will also help but be careful you dont overheat & ruin the valve springs (or pull them from the valve stems first)..

In a lot of cases when the valves are really stuck you have other stuck or rusted up parts also (like pistons)..
