JD 420W power-trol

After replacing the seals in the rockshaft a few weeks back, all of a sudden I now have a leak with alot fluid coming from under the power-trol itself.Does this mean that the unit will have to be removed & rebuilt? Is this a difficult job?

--There is no way to know until you find out where the oil is leaking from! It�s possible you just overfilled it when you replaced the seals.. Check the oil level with the rock shaft in the down position..

You really need to determine where it�s leaking from before we can advise about a viable repair..

Clooney thanks for responding. I just can't see where it is coming from. It's not overfilled and it is running out from between the powertrol and the differential housing top. Please comment!
