2010 hydraulic problems????

We are working on a JD 2010 RU with dual rock shaft controls. It will lift what seems to be a decent size load w/o any problems, it will hold a load for an entire weekend w/o settling any significant amount and yet when we try to hold a load up while the engine is running it will constantly correct itself. It will do this so vigorously that it will get the whole tractor hopping. Sometimes by pushing on linkages or valves inside the rock shaft housing we can get it to stop but once we let go it starts jerking again. It will do this with as little as 400# hanging on the three point arms. We have cleaned the hydraulic/tranny filter and glued on a new sealing washer, honed lift cylinder bores, replaced check valves and are about out of ideas.

Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated

Thanks in advance, Alan

As you probably know, the 2010 uses top link sensing.Try cleaning behind the top link yoke.Sometimes they will fill up with dirt and crud and that can keep the sensing from functioning correctly.
