I know this is a stupid question but my father has a B that is in need of restoring.He says it is a later model but where do i find the tag with the serial number on? i am sure this is a simple oversight but can anyone help me? Thank you for any help.

look for tag on left side of block ,behind flywheel on early model.

Look under the mag or distributer, whichever it has.
