Does anyone know where I can get an original fuel shut off for a 435 Diesel? Someone has replaced the original T-Handle and cable on mine with a round knob choke cable.

The Father-inlaw seen it was missing and ordered a new one for a highway tractor. Looks stock. I'll look tonight and see if any info is on it.

Al, I found one at O"Rielly"s (sp?) Auto Parts store that looked like the original as far as I could tell from looking at pictures of the tractors when they were new and the parts book. The one I found was like a choke cable but had the metal T handle on the end. It was over in the Help! items (I think that was the name, it"s the carded misc stuff)which most of the chain parts stores carry. I have noticed that not all of the stores carry them so you might have to ask and get them to order it for you. I had to shorten the cable but it fit and worked great.

Bob, I don't know. All of the pics I have seen were black and white and it's hard to tell exactly what the finish looked like. It looked silver to me but that's about all I could tell.
