I need to remove the complete lift and pto unit on a 730. after unhooking the hydralic lines and unbolting from the rear end. Is there any thing inside that has to be unhooked? also how much does this unit weight? thanks

Weight is about 500#. If your wiring, powershaft linkage, and powertrol lines are lose (make sure of that they are lose before moving the housing) then you should be okay. It sometimes takes a little work to get the housing broken lose. I usually leave the top two bolts lose but still threaded in the housing when tring to break the gasket seal. The only thing inside there that you should beconcerned with is the powershaft drive coupler, but this in only on reassembly. While you're in there, I would readjust the end play on your axle bearings. If your alxe seals leak now is the time to replace them. Post back if you have any other questions. Tyler in Missouri
