4400 combine. Something on the injector pump is keeping the motor from starting. I think it's in the electric fuel shut-off. I've got fuel up to the inj. pump, and I've got 12 volts to the terminal on top of the pump, but I can't hear the solenoid clicking. I hate to have to ask because I've got a shop manuel but I can't find it. Guess the dog ate it!. Any ideas? Thanks a bunch. Jim.

Sounds like the shut-off solenoid. Just double check that the ground stud...the other one next to the positive 12 volt stud on top of the pump, is in fact grounded.. And you should hear a click...its not very loud...but its there..its a replaceable part...remove those 3 screws on top of the pump and the cover and solenoid come out.
