What does one look like? Are they like a 148? Or do they bolt to the back axle? And would this be a good loader for a 3020? Im looking for a loader and found this one but I'm not familiar with it. Thanks for any help

Three brackets which stay on the tractor; one bolts to the two lower holes in front of tractor; one on each side at rear (part of bracket goes under fender, mounts with bolts which hold fender on); with brackets on tracter, only two pins hold the whole she-bang on. VERY easy on and off....as little as 5 minutes each way. Lighter loader than 48/58 series, but a good match for 3020. I currently have two of 'em; both on 4020s.....

You are right on size of tractor for this loader. Have plenty of welds on mine
