Was told by a few people that my 52 B 's Ditributer...i belive wico XB or Xh (on 52 B) Could be switched with the wico x magneto? Well now that i got the wico x mag it doesn't bolt up right. The back of mag is bigger than back of the back of distributer. It is same except for the piece that turns the governor. Can someone tell me what is wrong. OR if i really can switch with this mag or what needs to be done. any help would be great thanks

You probably have a mag off of a unstyled tractor with a long lug coupler. Have coupler change to short lug coupler. If that is problem this will fix it.

37G, NO, the Wico XB distributor doesn't use an impulse cup.

~See picture.. you probably have the "long lugs" one now.. You need the "short lugs" one for a late B..

~If you can't find one local you can call Roberts Carb as he has those impulse cups.. Phone: (712) 262-5311
