I am having problems stopping a gas leak at the adjustment screw on the bottom of the fuel bowl. I have replaced the o-ring twice and the fuel will leak out until the bowl is dry. Any suggestions???

Karl, on those dual DLTX carbs-- they can leak at the bottom bowl nut & look like it's the load screw leaking..

The bowl nut gasket on the bottom goes between the bowl & carb stem [inside the float bowl] .. Most people don�t know that so put it on the outside & then they leak.. In a lot cases I use the nut gasket inside the bowl & also add a second gasket on the outside [or just use a dab of Loc-Tite PST sealer between the bowl nut & bowl with the correct gasket inside between the bowl & stem bottom]..

Sometimes the bowl gets bent a little & deformed so the bottom must be lightly hammered straight again..

If your leak really is at the load screw make sure the �O� ring is in the correct screw slot..
