I went again and looked at the 420 two-cylinder tractor yesterday. It is a 420-S. It has a flat rear tire that will have to be replaced, one front tire is flat. It has not been started in over 2 years. The side plates that go beside the battery are missing.
Don't know if the engine is stuck or not. It has lots of the usual leaks as it is caked in grease & dirt. The sheat metal is in good condition. It is a gas burner with straight steering wheel, has tach, three point hitch, front weight and rear wheel weights. Has anyone seen one in this condition sell lately. I would like to know what would be a good ball park figure to offer for it.

Also a 320-S slant steer is for sale in the area. It is supposed to be in this issue of the Two-Cylinder Magazine. I haven't received mine yet. I think only 317 of this type were made so some of yall might want to be looking for it.

Johnny - the

If you can't drive it around, in my opinion a person has no idea if the thing even has good to decent gear boxes or any thing else inside it.

It may be a 4 speed, if so in my opinion that is plain jane.

Tires and tubes 440 for rear and 100 plus for front.

I may go 700 to 800 and if they did not come back with 1000 I would walk.

I bought one that wasn't running, you have no idea how many grand you can drop in one that was a dog like the one I fell for.

Good Luck
