Baling with my 336 last night was a little frustrating. Make about 3-4 great bales then left knotter would tie but not release the twine. I would go and clear it but would find 2-3 knots still in what I call the billhook(the part that looks like a set of jaws). Reading the operators manual is a bit intimidating. Simple adjustment or best leave it up to a professional? Thanks in advance. Al

There is a 9/16th bolt which secures the knotter to the frame. When removed, you can rotate the knotter up and get access to the Billhooks. It sounds like the knotts arn't being swept from the knotter very well. See if you can't polish up the billhook. It may have some rust on it and this may cause the knotts to hang up on the billhook.
