Renaissance Tractor Phone# 1-800-784-0026 and ask for Albert. He can make certain the crank has been correctly ground too. A whiz with injection and transfer pumps too.

If your machine shop has already turned your crank to .030 under he should have checked with Deere, Federal Mogul, And Clevite before he reground the crankshaft. The last time I checked only .020 was all that was available. The center main and the rod brgs are the problem. The 2 outside mains come .060 under and have to be installed in the housings and then bored to fit the crankshaft.Boring these should be done in a lathe so they can be indicated in both up and down and side to side. Make sure the locking pins are replaced that hold the mains from spinning sometimes when those are removed they are NOT tight enough when they are driven back.Earl
