Hi David:

I am trying to get in contact with DavidD in Maine who so fortunately stumbled across JD A 410065 and was considering buying it. Did he ever buy it? We own a few of these early A's, including 410059, and I'd love to discuss this tractor with David. We've been forming a loosely governed registry of the earliest production A's. While a few have become famous in the last couple years as auction pieces, there are still others, like 410065, that have been stranded out in the hedgerow or woodlot, etc., etc. Any info we can collect is helpful, like serial #, block(A75R or not), block heat #'s, and main case heat #'s, or archive info. Sometimes it is hard because the tractors aren't always original, but that's just part of the game! Thanks for any and all responses!

Andy

Hi:

What is the serial # of your A? And what's your name? You can e-mail me at [email protected]
Is your tractor restored? Have you archived it or recorded the heat #'s off it? I'd love to discuss your tractor some more, thanks for your reply.

Hi Doug:
Thanks for the response. Wheels are available, but they sure are pricey. Which style do you want, or what was it archived on? You can e-mail me at [email protected]. I'm attempting to add to the records began by Wes Malcolm and I was wondering if you would be interested in forwarding some other data about your tractor? thanks for your time,
