I disassembled the engine on the B and took the head in for rebuild. Is there a 3/4 inch or so drain plug on the bottom of the head, or does something else go into this hole. The hole is rusted out. I can't find any pictures that are detailed enough to show what goes in this hole. I looked at my pile of removed pieces and can't find anything that fits in this hole. The machine shop is asking me what goes into this hole so that they know how to repair it.

Ken,

yep, its a drain plug, Should be tapped with NTP threads. I *think* it's supposed to be 3/4 pipe but don't remember and I am at work. Once you tell them it's a pipe threaded drain plug they will figure it out.
