Although I don't have the information with me at this moment, there are a couple of gaskets we need in rebuilding a '52 R pony motor that we can't get from Deere; also some shims, I think. Our local dealer was trying to get them from someone they deal with in Pennsylvania. They were ordered 4 months ago, and now we find out that the P.O. was lost (can't be found in Penn. or by the dealer), and if we start over, it'll be at least another 6 mos.!! Please respond, and I'll re-find the parts in the book. Thanks a bunch!

You can buy gasket material and make your own...and shim stock as well...the shim material is not cheap. ---of course if you have time and access the factory stuff is easier.
