I have a 2555 MFWD with a cab. This tractor has a hydraulic operated clutch, similar to a brake master cylinder on a car. While pushing snow the other day the clutch pedal went all the way down and nothing happened. Checked the fluid and looked for external leaks and everything JD said to check, found nothing. Finally, I bled the line and the clutch came back. Used it for another hour and the same thing began to happen only this time it was intermitten, would go, come back and you could feel it start to go if you held the clutch pedal down long enough. I bled it again and everything now seems okay but I am not confident I fixed the problem. How could air be getting into the system? I don't use this tractor much in the winter and want to know I have it fixed by spring.
