my dads thinking about building up a 41 a jd and we are wondering if it would be better to go with a jerry's head and manifold or a heisler head and manifold? the block has already been bored .090". he has not bought pistons yet. planning on buying piston's from heinrich's. any suggestion?
thanks

Ya might as well go for a Power Block, with 6" pistons... .090 is not enough to make any difference... Shoot for at least 7:1 Compression, too.. you can also find gear sets that will slow down that 1st gear...

Go with the Heisler setup. The Jerry's is over kill on a small or moderate size engine and it will have no low end torque.

Go with the pistons from Heinrich's, I like the ones I bought.
