It all started when my tranny got stuck in 2 gears and would not move. I was a waze from the house so I kept messing with it untill I got it out. Now my tractor has a clunking sound in 3rd and 6th gear about every revolution of the tire. I was wondering how big a job this would be to fix. Thanks for any info.

Karl, that sounds like something in the bull gears or axle bearings. It doesn't sound like the trans as most trans parts spin faster than once per rev wheel speed.
~Maybe you bent a shift fork or shift rail & it is rubbing one of the bull gears.
~In any case start by applying each rear brake [with the tractor moving] to see if you might have a tooth problem on a bull gear & if that doesn't show you anything you will have to pull the trans top cover & look for contact inside the trans area..
~If you applied too much engine power with it stuck in 2 gears at once you might also have bent a trans shaft...I hope not as that usually means a complete trans disassembly
