When I bought my 3010D wide front about five years ago, I talked to a local JD dealer to find out what they thought a fair price was (was buying from my grandfather). JD dealership recommended a price range between 4000-6000USD. Tires on my 3010 were basically shot. The rest of the tractor was in decent shape from what I could tell. It did run a little rough at low idle and at high end. I offered 5000 USD and got it.

To be perfectly honest, if it wasn't my grandfather's, it really was probably only worth 4000USD. New rear tires ran me 700USD and spent another 100USD to have the injectors rebuilt. Later I had the engine overhauled with free labor (ran me another 3800USD). I didn't need to do the overhaul, but didn't really know the condition of the engine and the free labor opportunity wasn't going to happen again...so I spent the money.

From the brief description you have provided, I'd say that between 5000USD and 6000USD would be a fair price (what I see most decent 3010D wide fronts go for). Maybe even as high as 7000USD depending upon the hours on the engine.
