720 tire help

i have a 720 diesel with 15x5x38 tires on 14 inch rims.does anybody know what the original make and tread design of the tires on a 720? what were they?

720 Diesel, all of the original pictures I have seen had either Goodyear or Firestone 45 degree tires installed on the 720's. They are easy to tell the differece between as the Goodyear tread bars are straight and the Firestones have a slight bend to them. The Goodyear tires would also have had the obvious diamonds on the sidewalls at the base of each bar. There might have been othe brands furnished at times as well. Mike

GENERAL made rear farm ag tires about that time also, and was probably the #3 manufacturer. I don't think B.F.Goodrich made ag tires at that time yet.
