pto speed if you want it to last and keep a sharp knife in it..a 350 is a great cutting machine till it breaks then grab your pocket book...make sure you know where all grease places are...have nice day may god bless

I agree 100% here. We have two 350's. The two most important grease points are hidden. Both are for bearings inside the wobble. Have these bearings go out and you are talking big bucks!!And the WHOLE drive assembly has to be taken apart. If you lose a bolt replace it with a grade #8. Keep it ajusted, graesed and do not run the PTO over 540 RPM and it is a great machine. We bought the first new one in 1977 for around $1500, and the second one used for arond $1000 about 5 years ago. We mow with the 730D's with the high speed transmissions in 4th gear. About 3.5 acres per hour.

hard to say since you didn't advise type of tractor...however you can use and get feel of ground speed and rpm...I run one on a 520 and run it about 800-900 rpm in 3rd gear, sometimes 4th gear...
