carb has no number all it has is a cast number tractor will run. adjustments make no difference. last setting flooded which rebuild kit do i need. or new carb dont know which one manual has 2 diff. listed thanks

Andrew, you can get the carb. kit at Carquest, the part number is Carquest 1305, it fits all the Dubuque carbs. There are several small passages in the carb. body and the main nozzle that must be clean in order for it to perform correctly. The main nozzle is the small tube sticking up in the throat of the carb, it has several tiny holes that must be open for it to idle correct. It is removed from the bottom, after removing the load screw and jam nut. It will take a very good flat screwdriver to remove this nozzle, sometimes you have to destroy them to get them out, if this happens, Robert's has new ones.
