Wide front swap out for narrow front on 720

I am in the process of taking a square wide front off of a 720 row crop and replacing it with a roll-o-matic. I have all of the wide front removed except for the piece that bolts to the tractor that allows the alxe to pivot, I have removed the 4 bolts from the bottom side that I can see and it won't come off. Does anyone know if there are some bolts that come in from the top side as well?

I checked in the parts catalog, and all I can suggest is that there are two dowel pins that might be hanging up in their bores.

There are two dowel pins that are probably stuck thus still holding pivot bracket to tractor.
