There are two tractor shows in NC this weekend, East Bend and Oakboro. Does anyone have an opinion which should be the best show?

I have attended the one in East Bend for many years. The weather forecast for Saturday is not good at all. Some tractors come in on Saturday. Some leave fairly early on Sunday. Lots of my friends show there and are in the Rust and Dust club. Looks like the dust will be mud this year.

Larry, I am a member of the Iron Peddlers that is helping out in Oakboro. I would have to say attend that show. We have a lot of great guys in our club with some great equipment. The site is also pretty nice. I may have a little bias but that is the one I would suggest. Good luck and I hope that you have a great weekend!!!

KrisA:

Is the show in Oakboro a Show or is a pulling event or both. I will be at my farm at Mineral Springs this weekend and could make my way over to the show during the evening if there are going to be tractors on display.

Bob I believe it will be both. I haven't really paid close attention to the goings on because I am out of town this weekend. But I am pretty sure it is both.

Bob,

The info I have on that show is - Antique Tractor and 4x4 Pull / Show / Swap Meet. I'm just trying to figure out the which one to go to. I figure the Pull will be rained out but Saturday moring might be OK.
