I had to replace both external brake lines after I ran up on some rocks here is South Texas. They were smashed and split open. After replacing the lines and refilling the transmission with fluid, the brakes still don't work. How do you bleed the brakes when the brakes are internal?

There is a bleeder on top of each axle housing where it abutts the differential housing. Attach a piece of quarter inch plastic hose to it and runit back to the hydraulic filler hole or a bucket. Then just bleed it like any other hydraulic brake.

The JD 401B "Yellow Tractor" is the same as a model 2020.
