Recently found a JD2020 diesel for sale at a dealer. They are selling it for an individual, really excellent shape. Has been professionally repainted, less than 50 hours on rebuilt engine, 2-year-old Bush Hog 2425QT loader (hardly been used), very solid tractor. Good rubber, everything works including tach. They offered it to me for $7500 and my Ford 3000 diesel (he told me $3500 trade-in on it), so total $11,000. Is it worth it? The only problem I found was a couple leaks, one out the power steering shaft on bottom of tractor, and the left brake bleeds off if you keep pressure applied. He will fix both of those and service hydraulics. Any advise would be great. Thanks

Roger, a couple of weeks ago I was at an annual spring farm equipment consignment auction and there was a really, really nice 2020 with a JD loader, I think it was a 146 ???. The tractor had excellent rubber, no leaks and was supposedly a very low hour tractor, a gas model. The tractor with loader brought $11,000. The best 20 series tractor I had seen in a long time.
