My 51 JD "B" needs the clutch bearing packed with grease or replaced. I was attempting to remove the clutch drive disc and came to realize that the jack screw holes are stripped out! I could possibly use a gear puller...however I need to move the wheel out. I am a bit concerned that when I do this I would break the clutch drive disc?? Does anyone have ideas on what to do. I'm not sure about drilling and tapping those holes out to 9/16 and still be able to clear the gear teeth on the disc. What about a self expanding bolt(like one for concrete walls)? Any ideas would be great! Thanks
Tyler

I believe I would get a threader just over the stripped hole size and rethread....don't drill out the hole. I believe this would work.
