Hi, I got my 730 Out on saturday. After I got it out and drove it for awhile i left and let it run for about an hour and after i came out the clutch would not disengage. It has the snap in out and like it did before but the pully dont stop turning know matter how hard i pull back on the handle. i took the disks off and cleaned a little rust off and put it all back together and still the same. What do i have here? It worked fine and then suddenly to this.

Thanks Aaron

Aaron, you could have a couple of different problems. ~With the engine not running & the clutch dis-engaged see if you can turn the pulley. If you can't, suspect a seized pulley bearing or bushing, or broken & jammed inner clutch lining [behind the drive disk]...
~If you can turn the pulley, then suspect a combination of clutch fork stop adjustment & a mis-adjusted pulley brake. Try tightening the pulley brake adjustment to see if bringing the brake on earlier will stop the pulley from spinning when the lever is pulled harder. There are clutch fork stops inside the 1st reduction housing to stop the fork from traveling too far & re-engaging the pulley clutch but if they are out of adjustment the fork can over travel too far & re-apply the clutch when the lever is pulled back harder. If the pulley brake adjustment helps you will probably need to adjust the fork stop bolts also.
