What is the best way to remove and replace the bearings on the axle on a 620? Thanks to those who reply

Aaron, I presume you are talking about rear axle bearings? The best way is to have someone else do them,,, but your question more than likely pertains to you doing them?
~You have to drain the trans/rear axle housing, then pull the hydraulic lines loose, then pull the battery cables loose & from the battery box, then pull the PTO operating rod loose, then pull the platform off, Then {I usually remove the battery box}, then pull the VERY TOP HEAVY rear housing off [you can hold it up with a chain fall & just roll the tractor away from it], then jack the rear of the tractor up & block the rear of the tractor up in a safe manner, then pull the rear wheels off, then remove the big nuts from the bull gears & either pry or use the axle nuts & steel plates to force the axle shafts from the bull gears & axle housings. ~Once the axles shafts are out you can pull the outer bearings from the shafts & replace the axle bearing races in the housing & renew the inner axle oil seals. ~It isn't a very completed job but sure is a lot of heavy & dirty work.

Sorry for not clarifying, I got a new used set of axles from dennis polk because someone torched mine off before I bought it. I was just wondering if the ones that are on the axles need to be beaten off and how you recommend doing that.

Aaron, the inner bearings should come off when the axles are removed & the outer bearings should tap off with a drift & hammer [if they haven't been spinning & seized themselves to the axle shaft]... If you are careful those outer bearings can be removed without damage or damaging the outer retainers. Worst case is to use a bearing splitter & an arbor press.

I think there is 2 different sizes of brgs for 620 630 depends on your thread width, make sure you get the right brg to fit your axles and races to match.
