have a few questions. never restored a b before. It is a 35 4 bolt b. I pulled the valve cover and want to pull the head but how do i do this? The nuts are hard to get to? Is Their a specific tool i should use to do this or is it easier than i think. Also where do i buy a good service and parts book or whatever literature i need? Thanks for your time. thank you!

Removing the head is easier than you think. Just loosen the head nuts with a 1/2 inch drive socket. It should come right off the studs in the block. (You will have to take off the rocker arm assembly too). Removing the exhaust studs is a different story. You will need an oxy-acytline torch and get the head cherry red before trying...but that is another story. If this is your first restoration project, I suggest you look at some of the books offered on this web site. (I have my 35 B all down and am starting the re-assembly process.)
