On the flywheel side LH GM#15505 I am installing a throw flywheel. I had a spare LH bearing housing with casting # F--R (no numbers cast)and I ground the ring off it. I removed the F770R LH brg holder w/starter ring from tractor but when I tried to move the Std Brgs to the different housing they were very loose. Question...Is there a sleeve to make brg fit or do I have to find some new thick brg? I know that the spare housing had no cast brg in it.

Easydoesit the unstyled "G"'s use a bronze backed bearing going from memory I think the # is F378-R and F-379-R and they are as scarace as hens teeth. You might have to locate an Unstyled "G" housing that have these bearings. Gman
