Clooney, I don't know if I could say what is "correct" any more. I just ordered the gages by the part number from my parts book for the 420 from Deere. I am 57 years old and the best I remember what ours looked like when I was a kid--these look identical. I will try to describe them, maybe you can tell if they are right. Also I don't know if they have plastic lens or not, I did not want to scratch one just to see.
AM3950T Temp. gage, black face, white letters, no numbers, color stripe with cold above white, normal above green, hot above red.
AF2749R Amp gage, black face, white numbers, 0 to 20 amps.
AM284T Oil gage, black face, white letters, no numbers, stop with a red line on white stripe, normal above green stripe and H is a red line on white stripe.
They all have John Deere on the bottom of gage. Cost was about $100 for all three. Maybe you can tell by the description what you think. I could e-mail you photos, if you want, I cannot post photos here. Wayne.
