At the end of the month we are going to quit dairy farming. I'll be working with my neighbor so will be running about 450 acres and wanted a fork lift for seed pallets and other misc. things. Will be on a JD 2555 any ideas etc be great!

Ty,

Check your e-mail. I scanned a page from a 1955 Deere brochure about a 3 point fork lift.

Orchard next door mounted one from an old forklift on the front of a 2030. A single stage that will lift about 5 feet. Works ok but would be a bit slicker if it had tipping capabilities. It could be mounted on the three point with some engineering. Have you considered a quick tach loader with quick tach accessories. Bucket to forks in seconds makes it versatile with mucho reach and dumping capabilities.
