Clutch drive disc repair

In my clutch drive disc is a crack in the part where the clutch plate come's.
What is the best way to weld this. I have tried it with CO2, but I'm not sattisfied.

It is common to have cracks in the drive disks on these old tractors. Getting hard to find an old one that is not cracked. Unless badly cracked and into the splines don't be too concerned about it. I work my A hard and it has had cracks for years.
