I have a chance to purchase a 1964 John Deere 3010 Row-crop Utility Diesel The engine, transmission, rearend and hydraulics were completely overhauled/ rebuilt 3 years ago. Total hours since that overhaul is 160.0 . The tractor was also painted ( a very good paint job) with lots of attention to detail. The tractor also has two rear weights per rear wheel and front wieghts which are frame mounted. The 3 point hitch has the upper arm which quick attaches. The PTO shield is not mounted on the tractor but is available. Can someone please give me an idea what this tractor is worth. The person that is offering it to me purchased it new April 1964. I have seen all the reciepts for the overhaul/rebuild & paint. Total $5700.00 The tractor only need two front tires, existing one are useable by aged. What would be a fair value for this tractor Thanks

If you check photo ads a sharp 3020D rcu is listed for $9800 and a sharp 3020G rcu with 148 loader for $9250. History repeats . What happened to low build no. 2 cyl. and farmalls?
