When the 6-7-8-9-XX series Ford tractors came out Ford just droped the Dearborn Name and Just put Ford on them thru the end of the red line of Ford implements, Don't know if they made any Blue ones or not. Ford Had the Wood Bros line since at least 1937 and when Harry & Henry split Ford could no longer sell the Ferguson line of implements and even tho Would Bros was not part of the Ferguson line it started carrying the Dearborn name the same as the rest of Ford's line of machinery that Was made in Dearborn Michigan. The change in ownership came about with the Ford Moter Co. sale of the entire tractor-machinery line that is now part of Case-New Holland as with all New Holland tractors that are the decendants of the Ford tractor line.

So according to where you work then you should have access to any and all publications that the company has kept and not destroyed, If you do have any access to them I would like to know. I have one of the later Grey versions and do have some of the books for the 1937-1941? earliest version with my being in the 42?-47 year range with a book for the 48-54 age range for the last Dearborn name unit as 55 up carried Ford name

I don't think anybody bought them out. At least four years ago you could still get parts for the Dearborn corn pickers.
