I have an old conveyor that has been in the woods for 20 years. The chain was real rusty but I got that working. My trouble is the cabel that lifts the unit is broke I used a comalong on it but it does not want to lift. does the braces that go from the wheels to the front need to slide toghether for it to lift. they are rusty and donot seem to move. If they have to move I will take them off and make them move. I donot want to if that is not why it wont lift thank you for reading my message Dennis

Book shows only 18' and 24' single chain elevators and for that size what looks like one pipe from axle to bottom of elevator behind where engine is mounted and one pipe straight up to trough of elevator that spreads into a Y shape with a crank handle at the top of the Y, does not show clear enough to show cable. other pick for single chain elevator is for 24' up and double pipe from axle both foward and up to trough of elevator, doesen't show any lift but shows cable

Farm catalog shows 4 different transport versions for different model elevators, what size and type is it? Single or double chain? Length? Folding hopper?
