Does anybody know if a Pto shaft and gear box for a model 52R will fit a model 42 combine

I THINK the machines were the same except the pickup on the 42 had straight sides and was a 42" cut with the 52 having the sides flaired out (Difference between a AC 60 & 66) and having a 52" cut, Dad had a 42" purchased in about 1946 for a couple of years before he sold it and bought a 60 AC with engine, later years after he got rid of it was talking and he thought the flaired sides would have overloaded the smaller cylinder, just barly remember the 42 and am just turning 62 myself so been a long time, when I was young there were a few in scrap yards but years since I have seen one
