You can sharpen the teeth with the blade still on the cutter bar...
What's the model number of the mower?

A pitman stick is usually a wood stick that pushes the sickle back & forth. These generallyhave a ball & socket, there is a little lever you need to flip on the socket part and then the sickle will slide out towards the left - under the frame of the mower.

Wobble boxes will likely have a bolt to take out, & the sickle will again slide out under the frame of the mower.

Remove the knife by unscrewing and removing that big bolt, then slide the knife out to the left. First pull the belt by hand so that the knife is as far to the right as it will go so that you can have full access to the bolt. When you replace the knife, make sure the bolt is tight (it sits in a bearing). Good luck.
