Looks like she is going to live. Mike said all she needs is a couple bushings, New roller chains and the wheel bearings and she will be good to go.
All together I will have about $600 in her incl the purchase price so not to bad.

Here's Kelly's web site. New Holland equipment is some of the best built equipment IMO. Just replace wear parts every once in a while and it runs forever.
