NH 905 won't feed the crimper

I'm cutting hay with my NH 905 swather and it is rather new to me. When first starting the crimper works good but then it seems to get clogged up. I'm not going very fast as a matter of fact I first thought it was because I wasn't going fast enough to feed it properly. The feed ways are clean and although I will be putting down Teflon sheeting later they are in good enough condition to handle the job. I did readjust the conditioner height twice and I believe it to be set just about perfect right now. I was think I might have a sheared woodruff key on a shaft as even feeding the rollers with a broom didn't seem too easy as they didn't seem too "hungry". I have replaced the belt and the large chain on the end. I could sure use an idea if anyone has one to toss this way.

Well I'm not sure which numbers you are refering to. It is a New Holland 905 Speedrower swather. I didn't mention that I am cutting Bermuda grass here in OK. It is so fine it really doesn't need crimping or at least that is my opinion. last night I removed all tention on the rollers. One of the steering levers broke due to rust so I'll be repairing that before I can do any more attempts however.
