bailing leaves????

Dry product - if it rains, they would be a bear to dry out????

Feeding - you seem to have that covered, a hay pickup doesn't like small loose leaves.

Keeping the bale formed - without longer stems of grass, the bales will want to fall apart with much of any handling. You would really need to pack them tight, and see what happens. Cornstalk bales are hard enough to keep together, this would be harder.

I remember the messages from a year or so ago too, they were very interesting & would help with ideas.

You would need to "bale" the leaves, rather than "bail" them.

(bailing is the act of removing water from a vessel, i.e. bailing out your jonboat, where as baling is the act of compressing materials into a bale. Basically. I ain't Daniel Webster, but...)
