Looking for some die-hard true blue (er ah green) genuine farmers of the past that can help me.Just bought a JD 11' disc harrow with 8 ea 18" discs (plain) per axle (4 of those). The rear gang (and the front) can be varied in displacement by sliking a yoke over a round tube. It is a pull type and in/on the input shaft is a top and bottom spring to assist in plowing varying soil conditions. No provisions for dirt or anything else to increase weight. Fore and aft gangs pivot with respect to the plow proper, but are rigid from side to side. Also, there is no pivoting of the front to the rear. So if you want to execute a corner, you have to lift it....not like other light duty units without hyd lift capability that go around corners. To keep the rear gang from hitting the pavement is has a chain rigged to each leg (with the axles and wheels attached) so that when the plow is raised (via a hyd cylinder) and the wheels go down, the chain tightens and keeps the rears from tilting and hitting the pavement....since they are only supported on a round tube in the center. The axles are held in place with 3 bearings per axle....subject of inquiry. The bearings are ball, not the friction dudes that are clamped around the axle with bolts. The bearings have a cast outer case with sealed ball bearings inside. The casting is mounted to the plow with 3 bolts (each)and brackets. There is a bolt fore and aft at the top and one more below for stability. The inner race of the bearing does not contact the axle; rather one of the spools (JD pn B12129B). The plow may be an AW or FW. Only numbers i could find were on the spools. Help would be appreciated in learning the part number of the bearings so that I can replace them. Thanks, Mark
