Deere made a model 40,45W,50 and even a modern loader #48 I think? with two cylinder mounts. Use an open center control valve and convert the bucket to hydraulic if it isn't.

Hi Dan,

That old John and a Farmhand F-10 is a real sweet combination. You'd have to find the belly mount irons tho.

In my younger days I have ran a John Deere A with a loader, and I want to tell you I did not have enough hands for everthing. I would much perfer some tractor with a foot clutch for a loader tractor.

Hi Delbert,

Die-hard John Deere boys learn how to run that clutch with their right foot. Actually, it works quite well. :>)
