IH 1300 sickle mower questions

I bought an IH 1300 sickle mower this weekend, along with an Oliver 1650. I had allmost all of my field cut when I plugged up the bar and snapped a bolt the goes thru the belt pulley and the shaft that comes from the PTO. Does anybody know if this 3 1/2"x 1/4" bolt is a regular bolt or shear bolt? It looks like there is a key on the shaft and pulley, so I"m thinking it"s a reg. bolt. It also looked like there were 2 very small spot welds on the belt pulley, anyone know if there are spot welds on the pulley? Where would one find a new sickle for this mower? Other than a couple adjustments, I"m very happy with this mower so far. Thanks for any help, Rich

Try "Sickle Service" I think they are in Grand Is.
Nebraska. The bolt will have to come from IHC if you can't fix it, but if it looks like a plain bolt I would use a soft one.
