My baler is shearing way too many pens for no apparent reason. The flywheel has a lot of loose motion. Will a standard bushing fit? Or, will a machine shop have to custom fit one? Will this help the shear pen problem or is there something else I need to look for?
Thanks.

I replaced the bushings on my #12 to stop shearing the bolt. They are available from Massey still. There are three bushings, the size is odd 1 39/64 x 1 55/64 x 2" long for the 2 bronze bushings, the center bushing is more of a spacer made of steel and could be reused.

I have replaced the bushing and it solved all the shear pin problems, however there is other things that can be the problem. the bolt that holds the flywheel on is a left handed thread. hth mike1111
