The other day my dad was cutting hay an sheared off one of the two bolts that connects the pitman arm to the wobble box. The other bolt had just about worked its way out of the hole as well. I was able to find same bolt size (lug type, fine thread) but was unsure of the grade. Put new bolts back in and cut hay for about 25 minutes when the same thing happened again. I couldn't find anything in manual about torque or bolt grade and was curious if I wasn't geting things right or if there was a related problem causing the sheared bolts. Any help is appreciated.

The bolt are a long 1/2 inch fine thread lug bolts. I'm not sure of the length. They have a lug nut that serves as a lock nut on the bottom. They will not stay in without the lock nut, and are difficult if the threads in the block or the countersink or holes on the wobble plates are beat out.
